Supreme Court owes Parks-Wade resolution

I was a campaign worker in the 2004 election that involved Trudy Wade vs. John Parks. This election remains undecided.

The case is currently at the Supreme Court of North Carolina. The case has lingered there for some time. I believe the citizens of Guilford County and the state of North Carolina deserve an outcome to this 2004 election.

On April 21, I called the clerk of the Supreme Court and politely asked when the case would be heard. She was very polite and said she did not know. I then told her, as a citizen of North Carolina, I would like to express my concern that the 2004 election results had not been finalized. She said she would convey this information to the appropriate parties.

The Supreme Court's telephone number is (919) 733-3723. Hopefully, this election result will be finalized in the immediate future.

The case has been heard in the Supreme Court previously. The results of that occasion did not please the Parks contingent, who found another way to keep the dispute alive. It has once again reached the supreme court.

If the second Supreme Court decision turns out once again to be unfavorable to Mr. Parks' cause, will his contingent search again to find yet another way to extend this dispute?

Bubba,
Where are you getting your information?
1. Who won the most votes in the "legally certified election"?
2. Who has spent over $100,000 in attorneys fees to keep a seat?

Answers:
1. John Parks
2. Trudy Wade

PROBLEMS:
Many of the addresses given were vacant lots! Many were not registered to vote in Greensboro!
It was also a National election!

Wade has a very valid point, but for Bubba to act as if Parks has no valid contention, is laughable. The last time I checked, this was America, but Bubba would turn it into land of the Republicans.

Bubba,
One other thing. Under your reasoning, Al Gore should have taken a seat in the oval office until the courts sorted out who ACTUALLY won. Oh, I forgot. Antonin Scalia and the Supremes "GAVE" Bush his victory.

Never mind.

Isn't Trudy going to be on a ballot tomorrow? I was kind of surprised to not see Parks running against her. Maybe he thinks he is the incumbent.
