It has long been apparent that Mental Health (and NC Human Services) is using provider abuse as a means of distracting the public. Mental Health at the State and County level instituted a plan without safeguards against fraud, then shriek at the abuse of the broken system they invented.

The system they installed drove effective and ethical service providers out of the marketplace. Mental Health outsourced Case Management and billing, the public's protection against misuse. We need new administrators as badly as we need new service providers.

He's not in recession, he's lived off of my family since I met him and married him and unfortunately had children that he has abused. I put sole blame on Guilford County Mental Health for not reporting the mental health fraud that my ex is currently committing. He took illegal guardianship by intentionally disabling a human life to take sole control of him for financial purposes only. Then he blocked all avenues of justice for me to get my son when I won all the appeals in our case on July 18, 2000. The dumb sob has lived off of government fraud through the conspiracy and aiding and abetting of all judges and the clerk of court to carry out such frauds directed by the sleeziest attorney in town - Kitty Hatfield and her federal ex drug con partner. My son is drugged on a daily basis so that he is not able to run from his abuser since he is brainwashed to believe he deserves to be abused while the blame is put upon me with 50B Orders. As everyone can see my ex plagarizes everything he says. He watches sports on TV, TV, TV, TV, to make himself sound intelligent at the dealership where he works when other men go out and play golf, their children play sports that they attend their games. This pervert, introverted, paranoid, schizophrenic pedophile tells Guilford County Mental Health Case Manager Gloria Selgado, that he doesn't want my son to have a case manager to see the abuse and drug overdose daily as a means of punishment and torture of my son held captive by kidnapping. If my son were to die today as clearly described in the substantiated abuse report by DSS in January 2000, my son couldn't get help soon enough. His death to my ex is supposed to look like an accident, as my son does not feed himself the medications that are abused by my ex dispensed from Mental Health. DSS does nothing about the ongoing abuse, nor does the police since they are all controlled by attorney Hatfield to keep me from my son out of my ex's spite and revenge towards me since he has lived off of and extorted my parents 401k's over the last 24 years. He went to Kitty after I hired her in 1984 when he abandoned our marital home when caught assaulting one of our sons. We had never lived like white trash, as my family lived in Kirkwood but never partook of the country club. My parents worked their tails off as I did when I bought our homes. This piece of low life white trash lives off of government fraud, social services fraud, my son's disability fraud as his payee recipient when no doctor or medical expert or mental expert in a closed back room sodomy abortion of my son's rights in Sept. 2002 allowed my ex by the clerk of court only to declare my son mentally incompetent and retarded because of ADHD when he was a child. My son was a genius in school. Mental Health is held responsible in the federal case I'm filing against all of Guilford County for violations of constitutional and civil rights based on fraud, extortion, blackmail, prejudicial biasing of me in the paper that I called a judge used by Kitty 55 times in order to intertwine it with the initial fraud in July and November 2003. It's sad that those who are responsible for such heinous abuse of the system do nothing to stop it when confronted since my ex lives in his introverted lifestyle of fantasy la la land as he wants things to be, not as they are in reality. He's used my son like so many sicko parents for financial fraud where he needs to be inprisoned the rest of his life. Kitty didn't stop until she took my dad's life earnings and then had it paid out to this pervert in Feb. 2006 for illegal campaign contributions. The DA's were bought for him as a free attorney service to take out unsubstantiated falsified warrants under oath, unsubstantiated 50B Orders in 2005 when the abuse surfaced again by him upon his kidnapped victim/hostage used to cover his lies in subordened purgery in order to deny my rights to my son as has been the case once I won all appeals in 2000. Joe Turner is responsible for allowing Kitty over 20 years to get by with her crimes and conspiracy to commit fraud by extortion of my family. I guess when Mental Health gets sued and has no immunity for their intentional malicious acts upon my son while dangling it in my face when they state they know mental health abuse of the system and yet do nothing to stop it. If my son were allowed, as required by law to have a case manager to assist him with life skills that have been stripped by this pervert over many years, the abuse would be seen. My ex stops all things that the government offers my son to obstruct the ongoing fraud and living off of government's hind tit and my family. He's a fraud, but it seems the government believes his lies and deceit since it is directed by attorney Kitty Hatfield.
