Amen, Mr. Knight. The city council made us proud last Thursday didn't they with some sly political maneuvering? Mike Barber was especially slick by topping Ms. Rakestraw's and Mr. Perkins' motions on Mitch Johnson. His motion allowed the council not to have to take a position on firing Mitch Johnson. Slick political move of the week. So, he was just placed on double secret probation.

Amen and Amen to Bill Knight, Billy the Blogging Poet, and Oak Ridge Runner. My question to all of you is, have you read my blogs? Can't you read between the lines even though I spelled out the problem with the legal courts that exist in Greensboro and the City Council. You bet the good ole' boy network is in full force and effect by allowing Hinson back his job and removing Ray. As I stated in my blogs, had Robert White dealt with the problem his left David Wray instead of standing up and facing his own corruption left behind, would this be a racial bias situation because it spells the truth out. Would there be a "black book" if a white officer had assaulted a woman as alleged? As I stated about the recent assault case still in the making, three black officers are suspended with pay while assaulting a black female officer in a police vehicle? Why hasn't that matter gone before the court?
Obviously you can't get justice, since the chief district judge allows a cop killer's bond to be lowered who himself is involved in the matters that surround the black/white issue. For Wray to get justice, along with Scot Sanders will involve more than what you all know and keep dancing around when you say this matter is politically motivated. Well, it is, as long as an attorney who no longer is on the council that I plan to sue is involved in the corruption that surrounds this case. You know God always moves things so the truth can surface. Turner is involved in obstruction of justice by the Hatfield's involving the police department in 2005 in order to obstruct a financial fraud investigation with trumped up falsified and altered warrants filed by detective E. L. Cuthbertson known as the "dirty cop." Both Trudy and Mary know the corruption. Good luck because the corruption will keep brewing until someone opens their eyes and calls it like it is. That's what I have tried to tell all of you who blog into this sight. You bet there will be indictments coming down very soon. You can't get an honest attorney in Greensboro to stand up to the corruption that will face them in the courts - all at the control of one attorney who has corrupted the whole system. Kitty has done that in the lower courts with the chief district court judge over 20 years. Now let's see if this case will be put off until after the election when the same judge who has corrupted the courts that oversees all attorneys and judges is put in as a superior court judge. The only judge who is fair is Susan Bray and if she is the sitting judge, if David is ever allowed justice, who will see and deal with what has been obstructed. Mark my words. I know what is going on and I feel sorry for the fact that those who have been apraised of the truth, did nothing about it last Thursday. Mike Barber needs to be disbarred for denying the public honest services. If anyone can find anything honest about what is going on, please let us know. Even chief Bellamy is aware of the fraud and obstruction of justice by his own men currently stating they are suing the Hatfield's detective. Is this to deny Art League the ability to expose the Hatfield's since he works for them and they are involved in this case. If you can get close enough to the woodpile, you will smell the corruption they breed in the black/white issue. Jerry Bledsoe tipped toed around it in May 2006 as has been the case so that none of you who are and have followed the Rhino Times bothered to see and read between the lines. You won't see the truth unless you are a victim of the corrupt system like I have been and see how the corruption and conspiracy is still alive and kicking. Bill, just who do you think Wray's attorney is going to put this case before? It's not as simple as you think. All attorneys in Greensboro are controlled as are certain judges that are controlled, sought, and bought to cover up corruption that, if you truly are intelligent will involve the Hatfield's. I spelled it out to you. I wasn't just ranting and raving. God always allows the truth to come out once the crimes are carried out and the obstruction starts to tear itself down. Even the good mayor was and is informed of the truth about the corruption within the city council as well as the police department. Not to worry, they will get what they deserve and will pay back 100 times for the pain and suffering they have cost innocent human lives. That includes David and his family as an honest human being, a decent and hard working man stripped of his livelihood, when a drug dealing cop involved in prostitutes (from what has been put into the paper, not defamation, slander, and libel) builds himself up on such crime and gets his job back. Joe Williams is involved with the lowest of ethics when he gloats on January 26, 2006 that the good ole' boy network had been torn down. Now let's see how this case plays out before the dirty dozen in the courts with corrupt, bought judges to cover up the crimes that should have disbarred Don Vaughn as well as Mike Barber. Mike's own words are if your're not liked, then there is no justice to be had. I thought you were innocent until proven guilty, if that be the case, and that we are all entitled to due process under the laws and civil rights of our constitution, both state and federal that controls the courts and judges. There is a saying that spells this situation for what it is and that saying goes like this: "The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who do nothing about it." We shall either be ruled by God or we shall be ruled by tyrants." Who, in the City Council, has guts to stand up for what is right, if the city attorney, Linda and Blair knew of the corruption that surrounded the police department in my case that involves this sick racial bias case. It's amazing when an issue arises that involves a black person in the wrong, that they start screaming racial bias. Like I said, would this have been the case had Robert White stayed and addressed what he dumped on David Wray as with Kitchen dumping the same garbage on Mitch Johnson. I sued the City in my first federal case, and I intend to do so very soon in my upcoming federal suit. Not to worry, I have the courthouse covered, since they all play a role in the corruption and obstruction of justice that ties into this corruption in the black/white issue. The problem none of you seems to understand is that the evil persons always cover up their crimes by placing the blame on something else to deter attention away from the underlying truth of this matter that involves them. Justice will never be had until those persons who are a part of the Hatfield's corruption are put out of commission. Everyone in the council, even Mary and Trudy know the corruption that existed when they were county commissioners who ruled on various boards, and now that that corruption has been exposed again and will be a part of my federal case, the county and city attorneys are who everything revolves around. Those attorneys have no immunity for the actions of those public servants who acted under color of law as is the problem with the police black white issue in the conspiracy that is still alive and kicking. Wake up, open your eyes and you will see the problem, or sit back and see if I haven't told you the truth. It's right before your eyes, but no one does anything to stop the criminals who abuse the system as officers of the law to cover up their filth. Kitty couldn't face me after the truth was exposed, but used her con partner to step in when he had no jurisdiction at anytime to carry out her crimes. Let's see if this will open your eyes. I say David is entitled to know what was going on behind his back that he took the blame for that has been danced around for the last three years as of January. What wasn't done legally, has been torn down and done illegally piece meal. Look at how this case has arisen and what has been said. Look at the trumped up charges against Wray, Brady ( I call that a lynching to deny him justice on his retirement pay), Scott Sanders, and Tom Fox, being indicted n felony charges but spelling the truth out. What I would like to know and the public is entitled to know, what was on the hard drive of dirty cop Cuthbertson's computer that Scott Sanders was accused of hacking into? I know the police brutality he demonstrated to me, which I plan to address. I know how that corruption was used to carry out the falsified and trumped up charges put into motion by attorney Hatfield in 2004 and how everything I was denied justice on, reverted back to June 2004 when no offenses occurred, but then again, when fraud by extortion, threats upon your life and that of your family are used, then the police department became involved along with the District Attorneys. I can call like it is, since none of you have walked in my shoes, but I assure you I will be addressing the very crimes that the corrupt city council and police are involved in within Greensboro and the hometown that I live in. Amazing that no one wants to call it like it is. Judge Turner knows he breeds corruption as long as he fails to stop what could have been stopped many years ago. You can't get justice, when the courts allow a cop killer more rights and then have to stoop to the level of the criminal than allowing justice in the police system you allow to be put into harms way. As I said, watch and see if that isn't the case in the delay of justice. Justice delayed in justice denied.

I don't doubt you and your son have been the victims of a corrupted legal system. I know the good ole boy network is alive and well in Greensboro, Asheboro, Randolph County and about any town or county I could mention. I am a woman who has been trying to get a fair shake in this good ole boy system for many years. Damn near impossible.

But to get back to your posts. Other than naming names and repeating the same charges of corruption, I haven't a clue what you are talking about. You dance all around specifics, except those of your pedophile ex husband and your son. It is possible you cannot be more specific since you are filing lawsuits. However, if you could stick to the facts, rather than letting emotion overtake your typing, your posts would seem less like a rant.

I am all for you receiving justice. I would simply like to have a better understanding of what you are trying to say.

They say that if someone tells a lie so many times, they then begin to believe the lie themselves. As long as women like you continue to play the victim card and perpetrate the idea that men and women are enemies; as opposed to partners or even friends, I doubt your jaded eyes will begin to see anything that remotely resembles your idea of justice.

Yvonne, rb2dye -- It is apparent you two do not understand the connotation behind the slur "good o'l boy network." What the two of you are insinuating is absolutely ludicrous. Essentially, what you are implying is this: a group consisting solely of white men disposed of David Wray, a white male. Yet, somehow Hinson must obviously fall outside this network of people, even though he got his job back.

David Wray is not a racist and never has been a racist. His good name has been drug through the mud, but not by some "good o'l boy network" as you claim. Your logic doesn't even make sense in that regard. You soon forget that Dianne Bellamy-Small was 'allegedly' instrumental in defaming Wray's good name. But somehow you insist that a group of white men did it. The "Truth and Reconciliation Commission" continues to suggest that David Wray is some kind of racist, and yet you claim that white men are behind his demise.

While there very obviously is some kind of organized influence working behind the scenes in our city government, the suggestion that only white men could be behind it is a fallacy. This is especially true because of all the evidence that is contrary to that argument.
