Not to worry. I'm suing Guilford County Mental Health for its aiding and abetting the abuse of my son by my ex for fraud and extortion by use of mental health illgally. What disgusts me along with the state now rearing its ugly head about reform needed in mental health, is the fact that I called Carmen Hooker Odom's office over the last year and a half, back to 2006. I was always put through to one of her staff who knew nothing about the abuse of the system. As well, the same goes for Gloria Selgado, knowing that my son is abused and yet is a part of the conspiracy orchestrated and directed by attorney Hatfield's abuse of a government system to pad her pocketbook through the illegal and intentional abuse of innocent children and lives. My son is denied a case manager (at the direction of my ex) since the abuse would become obvious that my son is not, nor has he ever been mentally retarded or incompetent because of ADHD, as declared illegally in a backroom sodomy/abortion of his rights for fraud by extortion at the direction of attorney Hatfield by your clerk of court, David Churchill. All laws of the state are in violation as well as the fact that I was never notified of such hearing in September 2002, since the fraud was carried out using my father and parents for her ascertained source of fraud and using my son under the intentional, premeditated, and willful malicious intent to dangle him in my face while extorting my family as well as my son of his disability. I went with my father to see Dr. Larry Ray to show him the abuse that was substantiated of such abuse along with all the other heinous abuse by my ex pedophile and predator of my sons over many years by DSS, but that they too allow the ongoing abuse while denying me my parental rights and all due process. The mental health fraud abuse surfaced again in November 2004 when I had filed appeals and federal case from Nov. 2003 when the fraud was perpetrated using my father's 401k and Hatfield's using my ex as her patsy since he is nobody important to carry out her crimes through. He can't be fired by the state, he can't be disbarred, as he is a pimp that works a menial job at Terry Labonte Chevrolet since he went down the ladder of employment after 35 years instead of up in order to obtain fraud by extortion using mental health fraud and intentional disablement of our son as his payee recipient illegally behind my back while using my family. My son is dangled in my face with abuse and fraud by extortion, while I am served unsubstantiated 50B Orders using my grown son as a criminal plaintiff who knows nothing of what was intended, and that being that I was to never be a part of my son's life, now that Kitty Hatfield had pulled off her sick crimes using her ex federal con partner, ex husband. I intend to put severe reforms on Guilford County Mental Health in my federal case, while also putting reforms on the state department since they too are being sued. Why do you think good ole Mike Mosely resigned using reasons of retirement just last week? I also filed a report with the so called "Governor's Advocacy for Disabled Persons since my son isn't allowed or able to call an attorney or get help for the mental health fraud by overdoses on a daily basis fed by my ex to shut him up or to kill him. My ex stated in court last May he intended to put him in a group home, so when the abuse and mental health fraud surfaced, then someone else could foot the brunt of his crimes at the direction of Kitty Hatfield. The governor has failed my son as a constituent in this state of crime by legislators as well as government agencies to pad their pocketbooks instead of whistle blowers doing their job. Now the Legal Aid Advocacy for Disabled Persons has been handled the cases failed by the Governor, since he too will no longer be the governor and his filth passed on to the next governor at election time. John Ridenhour was of no help, since my ex certainly cares less about his sick heinous crimes against my grown son, tortured, threatened and abused on a daily basis and silenced with the aiding of Guilford County Mental Health and its failure to report such sick crime when presented with the facts and truth. Just who the hell do they think they are. You know my ex, since he too, started this intended and premeditated crime when you were head of Guilford County Disabilities and Drug Substance Abuse - his name is Carey James Dye. My son's name is Daniel James Dye. He used Dr. Michael Clark to drug induce him when my son ran from his abuser in August 1999 and could have died at high school when the school nurese was aware of the overdoses and side affects my son complained about. The school was directed to shut him up and the principal, Martha Green and school counselor, Suzanne Maxwell were silenced and my son told not to go to anyone. As well, the GPD is involved in obstructing a fraud investigation and for failure to arrest my ex for such abuse when they too currently and in the past were directed by attorney Kitty Hatfield since she intertwined them in her crimes of fraud by extortion to obstruct the SBI's investigation of Guilford County Mental Health. You see I was exiled from the county to shut me up in December 1997 by the Hatfield's to set in motion their premeditated crimes, which Kitty when exposed by my own retained attorney, bought over and threatened with disbarment if he defended me as he was paid to do and reported her to the state bar as well as mental health. You see, my ex attorney's brother is the current Thomas Wright currently before the ethics commission in hearings for fraud. What can you do to stop the mental health abuse my son suffers by the cover up of those crooked idiots who allow such suffering while dangling it in my face since my ex doesn't want anyone to see the abuse or else he would be in jail today. Our state department sucks when it comes to those persons and individuals abused by the justice system by mental health fraud. Go back to the LTE's of December 19, 2007 and read Joyce Logan's response to Janet Ward Black's LTE on Judge Joseph Turner at the bottom of such abuse by mental health in civil cases. If I get my way, I'll shut the doors to mental health and put those doctors and personnel in jail with mental health who have allowed this travesty of injustice upon my son when informed and documentation of the fraud. Dr. Ray is a joke. He needs a few years behind bars and doses of what he has allowed to be done to innocent lives. I hope you read this and respond Ms. Gibbs. I would like to speak with you. I live out of town, so therefore, I am not responsible for the abuse my son suffers at the hands of a mentally psychotic pervert and pedophile who has kidnapped my son for which all the judges and those reponsible for covering up the crimes by attorney Hatfield using mental health fraud as her means of padding her pocketbook get away with. I wonder what you can tell me you know about my son and other cases that suffer at the hands of mental health fraud that need to be reported that you failed to do your job as well. I know, Kitty tried this crap on me in 1995 thinking she could tear me down. It didn't work, since her crimes are all she knows. She has no ethics, but neither do the employees of mental health or their doctors to allow my son to suffer at the hands of a psycho as evaluated to be in July 1987 (narcissistic, paranoid, introverted, schizophrenic, and a seriously disturbed individual that refuses to deal with reallity but lives in a fantasy world as he would like for things to be, not as they are in reality. I also subpoeaned witnesses from NCDHHS including Carmen Hooker Odom, Charms Nichols, Gloria Selgado, Dr. Larry Ray, and whatever or whoever mental psychiatrist sees my ex to feed him the drugs he uses to take my son's life on a daily basis while abusing him with torture. If there was nothing to cover up, then the courts as well aided and abetted the abuse of my son. The N&R doesn't won't to print any letter I write, since it will expose the truth and what goes on when government corruption kills innocent human lives. My son doesn't get to see a psychologist to be able to express the abuse he suffers and who his abuser is as I understand there are no psychologists any longer with mental health. How the hell that can be is anyone's guess, other than the fact that those doctors who hand out drugs are hurting individuals who are deprived of many health rights as well as their legal rights. Not to worry, Mike Easley is among my federal defendants since he allows such filth and corruption to breed within the state government.
