My question would be why Sheriff Barnes failed to report Mr. Lowe, Jr.'s violent actions within the jail prior to his court hearing which would have netted him his required sentence. As I understand it, Judge Frye, Jr. was in conflict of interest in this case, as he was good friends with both parents and had gone to school with Sidney's mother. I fault those jail guards with failure to do what was right by the law. It seems stupid for a judge to order a minimum security unit for the criminal when the sheriff immediately reports that the criminal is too violent to put in light security, and yet the violence has not stopped. Seems Sidney, Jr. should have been brought back into court with his cohorts of his crimes so that Judge Frye, Jr.'s mistakes could have presented themselves. Bet you won't find a judge to overrule him even if a good attorney files a 60B Motion, which is what is required. Then if justice is served, you will see the dominos fall and the real injustice by the courts be exposed. Let's see how long it will take a lawyer to stand up to what is right and face the bunch of garbage that breeds the legal and judicial system in Greensboro. Wonder why this case didn't go before a jury. Isn't that what should have happened? I was denied my legal and constitutional rights before a jury for what was done, but justice will be had soon. Those so called officers of the law had just better hope that neither of my parents or my son held hostage die, or else murder charges will be filed against Joe Turner, the Hatfield's, Stuart Albright, Doug Albright, Doug Henderson, David Churchill, and all the other scum bag officers of law enforcement who allow such abuse of human lives in order to cover up for crimes of these criminals. Henry Frye, Jr. involved himself at the direction of the Hatfield's in July and September of 2005 so he too is just as guilty for not doing what by law he was to do when he admitted to my own attorney who like all the ones I retained were threatened by the Hatfield's to get off of the case when their crimes were exposed for ethics violations. Because they had ethics, but also had a son on drugs involved in this crime before Judge Frye, Jr. and on the police force in the Hinson case, he too allowed a financial fraud crime to be carried out by the Hatfield's under Judge Jarrell in February 2006 and my son held hostage illegally by Judges Falls and Sizemore, all under the jurisdiction of Joe Turner and the now new superior court judge, former DA used as a free attorney service for my ex by Kitty Hatfield to obstruct justice along with the current new DA Henderson used to carry out the last financial fraud crime as exposed to the assistant DA Tom Carruthers in March 2007, yet no one did what by law was required since they all used the excuse it was a conflict of interest. That is what the enemy has done, along with fraud by extortion using the clerk of court, David Churchill, Judge Henry Frye, Jr., Judge Joe Turner, and the host of others including the law enforcement agencies in order to obstruct justice of a full scale investigation because it prove my very comments. He knows what is coming on him and the others, as I was in Raleigh when his brother was sentenced in April. At least Judge Hight called it like it was and told me to go after the bastards. That's what's coming, but not by any attorney in Greensboro, since they are afraid to stand up to the corrupt judges and the good ole boy network and dirty dozen attorneys are in full force and affect. To address justice in Greensboro is to expose the filth that the court's breed along with the former, past, and present DA's who the current superior court judge oversees the clerk of court, as did his daddy. Guess judge Albright failed to do his job and passed on his corruption to his son, controlled by the Hatfield's. Check it out. You'll find that I am right. They all admitted their crimes in making my federal case prima facie. The city of Greensboro won't be able to afford the crimes they support in their cops brought into Kitty's crimes. Dude, wake up or else get informed of the facts before you try to say something you know nothing about. If you haven't been there or didn't read the article on Henry Frye, Jr.'s censoring by the judicial commission, then don't state what you don't know. He has no ethics, integrity, nor honesty about him. Wait until Lowe II gets out and kills somebody else, since the sheriff failed to come into court and tell about his criminal behavior and contraband in the jail after such sentencing. I worry about the judges who allow the criminals back on the streets to harm others like Judge Frye, Jr. He needs to take off his black robe and put on an orange or black and white striped suit known as a jail bird.

I can't imagine people so cold and unfeeling as to attack this woman for her very passionate writings.

The story leaves no doubt to the reader that this woman has been thru terrible tragedy and fears for her child to this day.

Try to find an attorney outside of Guilford County to represent you there. Tell them money is no object, you'll pay anything.

You will probably walk away without an attorney.

Wonder why that is? Shouldn't all the courts be following the same program?

They enter exparte orders against you, and refuse to allow you a 10 day hearing.
They play you like a violin, until they destroy you both emotionally and financially.

I can show you court documents with forged signatures, documents in the file with no stamp on them, straight up lies in court documents signed as truth by an attorney

None of that matters.

My grandsons are now 14 and 15. They have been forced to live with alcoholics they barely knew because of Judge Joe Turner's assumptions and personal prejudices.

They await the day they can come home. They have asked the court and it's officers to let them come home.

They have been beaten , they have been sexually abused, they are made to fetch the alcohol and pour it , it makes me sick.

But I have been warned by Judge Teresa Vincent that if I open my mouth again, I will not be allowed to see the children again and neither will their mother.

I am blamed for their discontent.

Judge Teresa has fined me nearly $3,000 for bringing these matters to the court's attention.

Judge Teresa Vincent even had these boys picked up from school and brought in and they told her these things, she ordered it stopped. It is in writing in a court order and then made me pay their attorney fees. She did not even tell me why. She just put it in the court order.

When Attorney Keith Black jumped up and said I had brainwashed the boys. Judge Teresa Vincent said she knew how to question children and that was not the case. Yet she fined me for "undermining the court"

My husband is former Deputy US Marshall. He guarded Judge Sirika during the Watergate trials. His recently deceased father was a DC police officer who was in Kennedy's funeral procession. His cousin is a Brigadeer General.
