What, no postcards from Easley in Italy?
Hey Mike:
You forgot your manners.
I didn’t receive my personal thank-you note or, at the very least, a postcard from Italy with the standard “weather’s great; the Italian scenery is magnificent; the food, sumptuous; hotels are first-class; and I can’t say enough about our rental car! Wish you were here. ...”
Me, too, Mike, me too!

Har Har Har!!
Do you think he actually reads the News & Record? I bet, if he reads anything, it's the Raleigh News & Observer.
Write your letters there or to the Governor himself, then they might be more likely to actually make the Governor feel bad...although it probably still won't.
But outside of this, does somebody want to inform me as to why Easley's so bad? I really want to know.

You must not of read, about his buying land at fire sale prices, how he used state money to improve the value of his beach houses, how he used the state plane for his on use. How he traded state positions for good deals. How he ran in 2000, on no tax increases. How he rip off highway funds to balance the budget. Then of course maybe you do not have a news source. Go on line and get the Carolina Journal, its free on line. You can get it in the mail, for a small price. You will never see what goes on in Raleigh in the local news, they subscribe to the good ole boy principal.
