A Bush impeachment would send message
Impeachment is all over the media. It is on C-SPAN 1 and other TV channels, exposing the fact that impeachment hearings are a most important step in the process of setting our country in a new and better direction than it has experienced for the last seven-and-a-half years.
No future president should be allowed to shred our Constitution, and no future president should be allowed to bully us into a trumped-up and unnecessary war, leaving us in endless overwhelming debt with an economy that is on the brink of disaster.
Future presidents must be made to understand that an illegal act will not be accepted and will not be allowed to set a precedent for our country.
Impeachment will do this.

The last impeachment did not do this, why would this one?

Only 3 months and 3 days till hope and change will appear on the horizon. Hang in there Bob!! I'm going to miss the term "shred the Constitution". It's been ubiquitous for several years including in this blog.

The Clinton impeachment for perjury, algore's embarrassing defeat followed by Teres...er, uh...John Kerry's humiliating drubbing in '04 is like an itch you can't scratch, huh Robert?

There are sufficient real reasons to impeach Bush without having to continue to resort the usual left-wing mantra of shredding the Constitution, and spending too much money. Do any of you ignorant fools not understand that only the congress can spend money. Had they the guts to do so, the Demo-Rat led congress with a 9 percent approval rating could have cut off funding for the war any time they wanted. You must be a recent government school graduate!
If you want to impeach Bush for failing in his Constitutional mandate to protect our borders, or for giving over out soverignty to international courts, and for holding two border agents a political prisoners, I'll join you in a heartbeat!

Uhhmm Robert E. Mersereau, buddy . . .
Bush is like gone in a couple of months . . . you must have been at the top of your clown class in school . . .
. . . you had all this time, 8 years, to rally the troops for impeachment . . . and you wait until now to get a pen, form a thought, get a stamp, go to the mail box . . . oops . . . lick the stamp . . . oops . . . take it off your forehead . . . drop it in . . .
. . . what message are you trying to send?
Procrastination Works?

I will miss very little from this era. Bush has been a nightmare for this country.

I support Impeachment proceedings against the President for his failure to secure our borders from millions of foreign nationals illegally entering this country and sucking public resources from the taxpayer's teats.

Need to add, it's too late to do this.
McCain and Obama will do far worse in this regard than Bush did.

Hugh,
Can you at least be of mind, or are you hitting your head against the wall every day. With all respect, are you not reading and doing some research. Please do not torture your neighbors.
