I agree. I've been responsible and bought a house I could afford, found a fixed rate mortgage with reasonable rates, and lived within my means.
I get a little pissed to see both politicians talking about keeping people in houses that are twice the size they needed in the first place after they failed to be responsible for their actions. And I'm paying for it!
