Interview changes view of Elizabeth Edwards
I had felt both sympathy and pride for Elizabeth Edwards last year after learning of Sen. John Edwards’ affair during her battle with cancer. Despite the pain and humiliation she must have experienced, she chose to support him as he pursued his political dreams.
Now I have read the May 8 article about Oprah Winfrey’s visit to their home, when Mrs. Edwards says, except for “that piece,” she does have a perfect marriage, and in the same visit states that she doesn’t want to know if “it” (the child) is her husband’s because that fact doesn’t change her life.
Well, that fact can change her life if the child is indeed Mr. Edwards’.
Sadly, it is not a good time for Mrs. Edwards, but that baby has as much right to a father and all the fine things in life that her children have been blessed with, if indeed that father is her almost-perfect husband. The child is as innocent in all of this as Mrs. Edwards.
If she wants to ignore anyone, I would start a bit closer to home.

Don't expect much from lawyer Elizabeth - she knew her lawyer husband (Phony Baloney John) was a liar, a cheat, a dishonest and immoral man who was capable of exercising very poor judgement yet she was willing to hid this from the voters and continue working to make her phony baloney lawyer husband our nation's leader - she put her ambition and her husband's ego ahead of our country - she is no better than Phony Baloney John. Now Elizabeth is going around hyping up sales for her self-centered book - she is the typical lawyer who will do almost anything for the chance to make some money -

As Elizabeth Edwards has plenty of money and terminal cancer I don't think her motivator for writing this book is to make money. I think she is trying to clear the air over this public controversy and make peace with herself before she dies.
I feel sorry for the woman after what her slimebag husband put her through.

Years ago, there were these Duracell commercials with creepy android looking people. Their hair was perfect and their skin was a little too shiny--like plastic.
John Edwards is a Duracell person.

Heard speculation on the radio this morning that had this story broke before the Iowa caucus last year, Hillary would have won and would now be President of the US.
I never thought I'd ever have preferred Hillary over anyone, but dang you Johnny, why didn't you fess up earlier?

Here is the beginning of a recent column by Kyle Smith that tells us exactly who the Edwards' are.
It is titled "A Wife Less Ordinary."
Below is the first couple of sentences. It gets even better from there!
"John and Elizabeth Edwards have proven themselves the perfect match. On the one hand, you've got a lying, hypocritical, power-hungry narcissist. And then there's her husband."
