Saving some moola on fast food

Note to police: If you see cows on the loose Friday,
it's cool. Chances are they're folks wearing
costumes so they can score a free meal.

Co-worker Melissa Turner, who writes a column about restaurant happenings in the Triad called Short Orders, tells us how we can score a free meal Friday at Chick-fil-A.

It's simple. Just wear your cow costume. Oh, don't have one? Darn. I was hoping I could borrow yours.

The fast food restaurant is handing out free combo meals to customers who are fully dressed in cow attire.

If you do decide to dress as a cow, send me photos and I'll post them on my blog.
