I am a victim of the reward zone for bestbuy. I went shopping during the Black Friday and i got 200 bucks worth of reward zone coupons.
When I started to pay my items with my coupons, I found out all my coupons were rejected. The manager called me to call Best Buy and all my coupons were voided on Nov 21 (the day before ThanksGiving) after I went online and check it.
I called Best Buy this evening and the dude told me it is a mistake and he can't explain why it happened? I think it is a gimmick!!
I have the question for you? the question is: Can I sue Best Buy?
David
PS: If anyone read this and face the same issue, please let me know!!

Hey David,
So Best Buy is admitting they made a mistake but they still refuse to correct the problem? I guess I don't know enough about your situation to suggest a plan of action.
Seems like $200 would be chump change to a company as big as Best Buy. I bet their lawyers would bill Best Buy more than $200 just to sit in small claims court and risk losing a case, if, as you say, they admit it was a mistake and you decide to sue.
But I don't know the facts of the case, and don't pretend to be a lawyer.
