I purchased a 2700 on 12/22/06. Opened the box the nest day..didn't work. sent e-mail and experienced vain attempts to communicate via toll free number(multiple times for 3 days)-----agents always busy.......their canned e-mail response ineffective......I have no choice but to return this dud and to alert others to the lack of correctable responses and communication from their support team.
Advice: think twice before you get caught in the same trap as I did
