Stocking stuffer for gamers

Stores put games that aren't selling very well on sale all the time. But a game that's relatively new - released at the end of October - that's getting rave reviews?

Circuit City has it on sale for $40 (regular $60). I've seen Circuit City do this before on other popular games including its predecessor and Gears of War, which, by the way, is still fetching $60 at places such as Best Buy.

Now, if you're holiday shopping for your kid, keep in mind Call of Duty 4, as plainly noted on the front of the package, is rated Mature. ("Titles rated M (Mature) have content that may be suitable for persons ages 17 and older. Titles in this category may contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content and/or strong language.")

Sounds like a blast for the rest of us.
