Note to scammers: just give it to me straight
Checking my personal e-mail account and came across this really convincing announcement informing me a charity group I've never heard of wants to give me money.
Golly gee, Beaver, nothing wrong with that picture. And it's full of grammatical errors, too.
I guess they don't want to come across as overly polished or too professional because that might raise some eyebrows.
Seriously, do people actually fall for this stuff?
I think I would be less annoyed if they simply sent me an e-mail explaining they want my money, period. At least my intellligence wouldn't be insulted. And I just might give them points for honesty.
