Pretty good deal on mahi mahi, one of the best-tasting fish I've eaten: $4.99 a pound at Harris Teeter. Regular $8.99. Great on the grill.

But do they have macadamia nuts on sale? Mahi mahi goes great with a macadamia nut crust...mmmm....time to fire up the grill.

Man, love me some macadamia nuts, but they're never on sale, so it's a once-in-a blue moon thing if I get 'em cause they ain't cheap. I think I'll make an exception tonight 'cause that nut crust sounds good. We're also firin' up the grill. Got some shrimp that was on sale, so we'll be throwing that on the barbee too, then washing it all down with some Coronas. Cheers.
