Greensboro-based Omega Sports to add stores
Omega Sports plans to expand outside North Carolina, branching out to South Carolina and Virginia with some of a crop of 20 store openings planned during the next several years.
The Greensboro-based athletics retailer recently opened its fourth store in the Charlotte area, at the Rivergate Shopping Center in western Charlotte. The chain also has announced plans for a store in Wilson.
Omega has a Greensboro store at Oakcrest Center on Battleground Avenue.
