It's nice to see that the courts in Raleigh don't mess around. Now that another one bites the dust, or will without any further speculation, it's time to clean up the courts of corrupt public servants known as judges, district attorneys, clerks of court, and those so called attorneys known as crooked "officers of the law" that violate the very laws which they perpetrate and put others wrongfully behind bars, as we have seen in recent days. The reason why fraud crimes by judges and attorneys are not investigated, is because they illegally use the law enforcement to carry out their crimes, and then that obstructs a fraud investigation, as was the case in my situation in Greensboro. Little good it did for my so called retained attorney, brother to Thomas Wright to call hand to the illegality of Kitty Hatfield, only for her to threaten him and remove him as my attorney through her drug lord partner and the chief district court judge using my father's 401K to keep his job in May 2006. When is an investigation going to be made into corruption within the doimestic courts that far exceeds the crimes of our legislature members who collect their campaign funds from attorneys like Kitty Hatfield involved in certain lobbyist that sent Black to prison, a certain Greensboro Chiropractor. It does no good for the State Bar to hold a free call in advice line, if the laws they state in their handbook are ineffective and that they themselves do not uphold such laws to get rid of attorneys when complaints are filed, but send out the standard form letter that nothing has been done wrong, when the lawyer puts the crime into the hands of a pedophile who is nothing but durt, but yet collects off of my son's disability being she set up an intentional disablement of an innocent life in danger currently held hostage by Kitty's pimp, Jim Dye and uses mental health to back up her crime while keeping my son away from any assistance or legal help, since I'm the one punished wrongfully for the crimes my ex commits at the direction of an officer of the law. By the way, isn't there a federal law that states it is a federal crime for public servants to deny the public honest services. Or how about the federal law that does away with immunity of state offices and public servants who receive federal funding. Well, if the governor can pass the buck, maybe he will be the next one brought into court and put in prison instead of being allowed to retire for the harm and danger to the lives of so many innocent human beings, including my son, who no one gives a damn about, except to act on behalf of Kitty Hatfield and Joe Turner. Maybe Judge Hight should come into Guilford County Courts and spend a week seeing for himself. I bet he would stop a lot of the BS like he saw in the stupid Doug Harris, a replica of Kitty Hatfield. It's funny how everyone in Guilford County were federal defendants as of January 2004, yet Kitty used Judge Turner to carry out her crimes as a federal defendant using law enforcement who also was a federal defendant and their officers and chief, individually and collectively at the time under Chief Robert White when Kitty used E. L. Cuthbertson to lie and carry out falsified warrants and no due process on behalf of Joe Turner used by Kitty. Don't lawyers comply with the law. They are more crooked than the criminals behind bars. Well, the fun is about to begin, since my first case was a prima facie case, now the second one is even better and more defendants, including Thomas Wright's brother, Ernest Wright, a so called federal attorney who stoops lower than the law to carry out the crimes of attorneys and law makers. Let's see the state start a clean up sweep with the courts and begin to put judges and lawyers behind bars as quickly as they have Black, Decker, Wright on his way, and all the other elected servants called idiots. I dar the state to do what is right since they seem to talk about corruption within the government, that is not limited to the House and Senate, but the government within the court systems and those officers of the law who act under color of law and deny constitutional and civil rights by threats of criminal contempt, which our courts are founded on. If the court's are going to be allowed to continue such corruption, then take the bible out of the courtrooms, since they are an abomination of the Lord and his commandments used to base lies and deceit upon and incompetent application of the law, while those officers of the law obstruct evidence crucial to due process, the biggest right anyone has in court. Wright's filth is as low as that in Greensboro since the drug lord attorneys Hatfield and Hatfield control all judges and their case loads run back twenty years, since a judge's orders never stand and are tried and tried over and over, a double jeopardy federal right by 5th Amendment of our Constitution. If the Hatfield's and Joe Turner don't have anything to hide, then why did they obstruct subpoeaned witnesses, and expert witness private detectives and then threaten me with contempt when the constitution is mentioned and that the attorney general needs to do his job as well, now that he opened the hornets nest in the lacrosse case, but fails to give a damn about anyone else who has been shit on by the courts corruption such as in Greensboro. The AOC says that none of the orders in my case were executed by my ex, in pro se actions using Kitty Hatfield in violation of the law to carry out financial fraud crimes, as well as he chose not to execute a wrongful judgment not carried out by a judge or the law enforcement as required by the law, but falsely input as a judgment against me by Kitty Hatfield when my father's 401k paid out to her by the clerk of court, David Churchill on November 17m 2003 and again on July 16, 2003 in illegal conversion of monies that were appearance and appeal bonds. I want to see if anyone gives a damn about justice in our state, since it's hard to find a good set of attorneys when the DA's former, past, and present were used in Kitty's crimes to obstruct the state from doing an investigation and federal criminal indictments on illegal campaign contribution funds by fraud and extortion using my father's life earnings which are clearly documented by his company, the federal government, as well as the bank from which such monies were converted and became laundered monies once they went to the magistrate on the morning of November 18, 2003 to the clerk of court, to Kitty Hatfield, and then paid out again illegally on February 21, 2006 to my ex by Judge Thomas Jarrell, bought and sought by Kitty Hatfield through Joe Turner, chief district con judge and cop killer lover. When either of my parents or my son die because the state refused to help in this matter, murder charges will be forth coming, even to the State of North Carolina and its allowing of such corruption since the Greensboro News & Record does not want to print this story or the truth after the prejudicial biasing of said case in a falsified and trumped up plea bargain on October 3, 2005 without due process because of Judge Turner and Jack and Kitty Hatfield's corruption of Judge Carl Fox of Orange County, sought and bought to deny justice. I can only imagine why the killers of the UNC student body president were not behind bars when our courts are just as guilty as the department of correction and its incompetence, reckless negligence, and disregard for the law and the innocent lives destroyed because of crooked lawyers and judges. There needs to be reforms in the courts of Guilford County until every case involving Kitty Hatfield, Judge Turner, Stuart Albright, Doug Henderson, David Churchill, and law enforcement agencies used to lie and obstruct justice in the financial fraud crimes carried out regularly over many years by Kitty Hatfield and Joe Turner can be criminally and federally investigated and brought to light and those officers of the law put behind bars along with anyone else who failed to report them, as clearly documented over many years in my case by the very attorneys I and my parents paid for while my children were brutally abused and misused as pawns for financial fraud by government agencies that need to be stripped of all federal funding and their directors brought to court and put behind bars since none of them have any absolute immunity, public doctrine immunity, or any immunity whatsoever, including our sorry and lousy governor, known as the worst governor in the United States according to the polls in September 2005 at the US president's meeting of governors. I look for a reply from the state to this blog, as my case is before the Attorney General, but as yet, he has failed to do anything about the crimes he too allows to go unnoticed as he stated he didn't want to see this kind of injustice done to anyone else, but yet it does. He's as crooked as the rest of the public servants unless he puts action where his mouth is and makes good his bull shit.

I reply to this one because you mention the North Carolina State Bar and their standard "too bad so sad letter."
In one of my complaints to the bar, I complained about an attorney with one of the firms you are so angry with.
One of my complaints was that this attorney fails to write the court orders. Later you realize this has occurred and your world is turned upside down and misjudged because of it.
I am not mentioning names here because this is not my case and my info is second hand.
This past Christmas at our family reunion, some relatives who I had not seen in a while
came this time. My cousin had her four small grandchildren in tow. I asked about their mother and she had been taken ill with cancer
and died leaving these four youngsters to be raised by their grandparents. Their father is indisposed and could not care for them either.
My cousin told me she hired this self-same attorney to represent them in obtaining proper custody of these four precious babies. Later something came up and she went to the courthouse to get her order or something like that and guess what...Not written. She simply hired another attorney and went through the process again.
I just want to credit the State Bar for allowing this kind of behavior. I am more appalled and disgusted than I was before.
