Greensboro Rep. Pricey Harrison wants to require stores to provide for plastic bag recycling. * Mark

Somebody needs to remind Pricey that we are not living in a Nanny State Paradise anymore. Maybe the plastice bags can be used for Auto Sails, when the price of Oil reaches 200 dollars a barrel with mobs of soccer moms who will start bagging small police state Reps.
