I passed my friend Frosty here on the way in to the Legislative Building this morning. He was standing in front of the historic state Capitol building and looked rather relaxed for a snowman about to face temps in the low 70s. I'm sure there's a parable in there for state leaders about getting too smug in the face of impending crisis, but it's too early in the morning for half-baked snark so just enjoy the pictures.
