This story is driven by competitors that want some of their business. The way they recap a tire is superior to that of their competitors. Why they mis-labeled, I do not know. However, it did not harm anyone. They come off school buses and they are going on school buses. I have to salute the school systems for using recap tires in the rear. It saves a lot of money and it does not diminish safety. Truck tires is a whole different world than passenger car tires.
