Guide to proposed bond projects
If you haven't seen it, check out an online guide Jennifer and I did about the proposed November bond referendum, featuring some audio by Joe Hill, GCS facilities consultant. Also, in case you missed it, here is a preliminary budget study I posted recently that gives some financial details for most of the projects.

this is one of the best guides I have ever seen. I hope each board member can see this prior to the next meeting. The info is straight forward without any emotional junk-- compares apples to apples... Great job.

Deb,
I thought the very same thing when I read this on line and in the newspaper.
Great job Morgan!

Thanks!
Jennifer and I plan to update the online guide as long as the bond is on the table. We hope to add audio from parents, teachers, students, etc. as time goes on. Let us know if you have any ideas.

The problem was this bond issue is there is not enough new seats. Keep in mind it takes years to fill up the new seats at a new school. I would like for the BOE to certify that no new modulars or PODS will be required within the next 6 years even if we continue to grow by 1500 students per year.
