I (heart) bubbles

Coke Zero, and the even tastier Cherry Coke Zero are my new best friends.

But do I even want to know what acesulfame potassium is doing to my body?

I'm not completely sold on the plain Coke Zero, but the Cherry Coke Zero is pretty delicious.

I don't know how you feel about Dr. Pepper, but I'm a big fan of their diet drinks, especially the new Diet Dr. Pepper Cherry Vanilla. I don't notice much of that tell-tale aspartame taste with it. I doubt diet soda is exactly good for you, but it's got to be better than the full 150-calorie version.

I salute your efforts to curb your fast food intake levels and I too am curtailing the JoelBurger intake for a while until my pants can clasp without inhaling.

Recently while touring Europe, it was pretty easy to spot Americans. As the country of Milk and Honey, we are also the land of the obese and the diabetics. Shame that the pleasures of gorging has a downside.

Best Wishes

You KNOW I share your soda addiction, but I switched to diet sodas years ago and I can tell you, Coke Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper are by far the best. Diet root beer is also not bad if you like regular root beer. Same goes for Diet Sprite.
