Say what? Not only that we may even have to pay fees to state government based on the miles we drive, he said.

If everybody in the state of NC was a tax paying citizen, we would not be having this discussion. Until we get a handle on the illegals, we will continue to have these types of problems...The honest folks of NC cannot support all of the theives that are now living here.
