Corporate investment or welfare?

High Point offers $3 million to two local biotech companies to expand there. Is this right? Should the city reward the companies for paying its taxes? Don't corporations have enough money of their own if they want to expand?

Since I am against all welfare, expect in the case of illness, I say no way. Saying that what was the NR on Dell, and PTI? Then another question what about taxpayers money on museum and such?
