Evidently it is.
Maybe, during the last election, we should've had the Police Chief up for election, then that way he will insure that whatever information is relayed to the public, without fear of incrimination.
Are you guys (N&R), going to push this issue?
Since you filed a lawsuit to gain release for the information, don't you think something should be done?
Let us know what's up with the Police Department's investigation. Because, something sure doesn't smell right. I don't want to have pull out the Charmin!

Are we going to push which issue? That police chief become an elective position? No. That we get more information on the assault case? Yes. That story was a reminder to citizens that the assault case is still out there, treading water.
