Water rates and the drought

With the drought we're having, is this enough? Should the water supplier raise the rates to help people conserve?

I guess the rain tax that we've be paying, didn't
seem to make a difference. So. what are they going to call that tax, "drought tax?

It's time the Gov. retires. He forgets about the people who have put him in office. He pockets of full of the good life. Higher tax on water is not the answer unless he wants to create tax on a sliding scale. For example: all t hose who make $ 60,000 or more will pay high taxes on water. They're the ones who have 2 and 3 bathrooms, wash 3 of their cars, water their lawns to impress their neighbors and fill their pools. If you're making that kind of money, then, tax those people. Most people who are just making ends meet can't aford such stupid ideas!!
