Why do we need to do anything?
Instead I think we should buy a piece of contaminated property, which we really don' t need or have a use for at this time, and we should pay an over valued price for it, and we should pay for it with bonds (which will add even more cost to the property, once you pay the interest). That way we can protect our "crown jewel" the coliseum, which has and always will cost more than it brings in. But by doing this, R. Perkins can enjoy going to a basketball game.

Bad bridges, no water, no police, high crime, high pollution. Hmmmmm wonder where our city leaders have been? Oh, they've been too busy making personal deals with developers to bother with Greensboro. We need new leadership.
