Sounds like Coach K might have started it with a veiled comment after a disappointing loss at Wake Forest.
However, that still doesn't excuse Roy Williams for taking such a comment out of context, blowing it out of proportion and sounding like a country hick in the process. I would think that such a renowned coach at one of the country's top institutions could utilize an intellectual vernacular instead of using "bunk," "dadgum" and swearing during an interview.
Kudos to Coach K for refusing comment which would have only fueled the media "fire."

Mike K is a rat. Roy was just being Roy and giving it to you staright. Coach K likes to make snide remarks and all that. It's good for the game when these schools get into it. This season hasn't been as entertaining as the past in my opinion, so we need more stuff like this. Gets you ready for the rematch in March!
