A change at the top will not make a difference with the airline unless the new executive team can address the problems at the customer level, such as terrible on-time rate and terrible customer communication once at the airport.
I just returned from a trip on Skybus to Ft. Lauderdale and will never fly again with the airline. Whatever the savings might be, it becomes insignifcant when you factor in the extra fees, the lack of communication or knowledge by independent contractors at non-hub locations, and multiple-hour delays.
There were a lot of dissatisfied customers in the waiting area and doubt that there will be many repeat customers. I would be surprised if Skybus survives and if that happens, hopefully, they will not blame Greensboro as a market, because Skybus' problem right now is entirely of their own doing, not PTI.

Hmmm, whats posted above does not thrill me - we'll be flying Skybus to Burbank this summer. Hopefully we'll have a better experience.
They've already changed our departure flight time from 6:15am to 5:45am, so that doesn't have me too excited already.
