Legislators
Are these priorities right? What would you tell the state legislators they should be working on?

It doesn't matter what we think- as with all government entities, they will continue to look for more programs and entitlements to fund, while seeking ever more clandestine ways of confiscating citizen's wages;
Whatever they need to do to keep their voter bases fat, dumb and happy

The right of a protest petion by the connecting land owners is justified,it is a tool that can be used to even the playing field,and provide checks and balances to land owners,whose property connects or is adjacent to the area involved.
Often,the developers control the outcome,often the foxes are ruling the hen houses,and the people have to waive their rights,because of this disregard of rights.
This is a basic right in the N.C .Constitution,and should have never been abused,and denied the people.

Protests! We live in a world where we are allowed to protest & sue someone over the least little nothing We do too much of that now The laws need to be changed so we can get the drugs & dealers & gang activities off our streets We need the murders brought to trial convicted & executed in a timely manner to make our streets safer for the generations to come behind us We need laws changed to conform to our rights as tax paying law abiding citizens instead of being so considerate of how cruel & inhumane we seem when we make the criminals pay for their crimes We need the laws to protect us not the criminals They threw their rights out when they committed the crimes

Watchdog, I could not have said it better. It is time for Greensboro to get Protest Petitions and for the North Carolina State Legislators from Guilford County to pass a bill to make Greensboro comply with North Carolina General Statute 160a-385 and 386.
