absolutety do agree. I,ve searched many times to find nothing....even the access webb addresses are difficult. I have strong feelings at times that they City, County and some times State are keeping information from me because they are negative This is not limited to these governments. They (govts) fail to recognize the intellegence of its ciitizens.
