"Order Authorizing $45,000,000 War Memorial Auditorium Bonds. (roll call vote)"
What is this about? Why do they need $45M for the auditorium? If they are trying to keep property taxes flat, why a $200M bond now that would do just that, increase them, and on top of the humongous county bonds passed in May? Are these people daffy? Don't they know that there is a recession? I guess people will have to use their economic stimulus checks to pay their tax increases.
