Maybe we need a community watch program within the police dept. To keep watch on the James Hinson Gang. The Greensboro Police Dept. will NEVER be respected, until they get rid of the crooks and gangs within their own dept. If Chief Tim Bellamy won't get rid of Hinson and his gang then the Chief is part of the problem.

Having Chief Bellamy is like the fox guarding the hen house. Why do you think they made him chief. Don't worry Hinson will go when Mitch and the others give him millions from his law suit and they say crime does not pay.

The problem goes all the way to the top. Until we can clean up Yvonne Johnson and the self-serving city council, everything else is just a distraction or publicity stunt.

Typically, most communities that are involved and active enough to have something like a functional Community Watch program are not those that really need one. In that sense, they sort of fail and succeed at the same time.
