John - do you have a link that includes more detailed specifics of the budget aside from what was included in the article and corresponding information box?

You'll get to a blog post that rounds up my work and then gives a pretty exhaustive list of budget items that the AP compiled.
If what you're looking for isn't in that list, I'd head to ncleg.net and read the two budget documents itself.
