That is ridiculous. Why don't they use the money to create some additional bus routes in the evenings, or add lights and seats at frequently used bus stops so that people waiting at night or early in the morning are safer????

why don't they use money to buy more buses and I'm in total agreement with the first commentor about additional routes and lights on stops where light is lacking. They can't call this state of the art until they bring the equipment they drive into the 21st century.
