It's a wonderful ruling. Maybe the tide is turning against predatory lenders--including many credit card issuers.

I believe the Court of Appeals made the right decision. After all, is it really fair to charge such high interest rates to people who are in such desperate need of help?

This is another example of the nanny state - if people are dumb enuf to sign up for this type of thing they deserve exactly what they get - and if they cannot afford a product or service they should have enuf discipline & gumption to do without - and that goes for credit cards also -

I believe the courts made the right decision. When you are fighting against insurance giants and your accounts have been drained, kids to feed and now out of work because of the negligence of another. Nobody has the right to feed upon your time of need. I believe the service is needed at a reasonable pay back price.
