Yes, I do. When you get a ticket for a parking offense, you should pay it. Even if you appeal and the appeal is denied, then pay the ticket and move on. Those folks that get their late fees waived should be put on a list and when they receive another parking ticket (and based on their current habits you know they will) they should receive no consideration for anything.
We will give you a break once. Next time we should not be so nice.

it just shows how decietful our police department is that it advertises 30 free minutes of parking at the courthouse and then neglects to tell you that you are only eligible for that if your meter is already at zero. The GPD is shameful in handing out tickets in this manner and there roadside stops are pretty suspicious too.
