I heard that the telephone lines will not be buried due to cost involved. Does anyone know if this is true. What a shame it would be to spend this type of money to "beautify", but yet clear beautiful trees to get a better view of the power lines.
From someone who travels Friendly from Guilford College to Downtown every day, and hardly sees any wrecks on that stretch of Friendly.
