N. Elm St. and Friendly Ave. lane closings

The Greensboro Department of Transportation plans to briefly close the northbound lane on N. Elm Street and one westbound lane on Friendly Avenue on Thursday (February 17th) so Time Warner Cable can install a cable into a manhole at the intersection of N. Elm Street and Friendly Avenue downtown. The closing will begin at 7 p.m. and should be complete by 8 p.m. Drivers are advised to use caution and slow down when approaching the work area.
