This sounds like corporate America. Looking out for the "big guy" and just screwing over the average person, regardless of how good or bad that person worked!

Mr. Rich having AIDS should have no more bearing on his employment/employability than my being Insulin-dependent Diabetic. I hope McDonald's has to change their name to Rich's!
