It's people like this guy, Jim Bakker and Jimmy Swaggart (among MANY others) that make people consider televangelests among the worst of human slime. I'd trust all of them about as far as I could toss my car.

Definitely, these types of "advocates" for Christ do not bring harmony to the masses. When I hear these guys mention "...sow a seed." I grab my wallet to make sure it's still there, 'cause I know where they want the seed planted.
All good causes have there distractions, and unfotunately, Christianity has it's share of them.
However, let's not discount the impact that Billy Graham and other televangelists have had on peoples lives, Christians as well as non-Christians.
