I'd urge everyone interested in this story to read "Under the Banner of Heaven." It might amaze some folks to read what people in America have done based on their religion. Yes, even after Jonestown, Helter Skelter and Waco...

This has all the appearance of a cultic offspring of the LDS group.
People sending and giving money to Jeffs are really no different than the people who have given thousands of dollars to tele-evangelists in the past.
If someone desires to give money to another, that is the choice of the giver. However, in this situation, I find that it is for some highly illegal activity involved.
If those folks have that much money to give away, I know of a great charity right here in the Triad that could use some of that cash flow!
