It is a lazy question! No one wants children to die, no one except terrorists.

Yet the world stood by idly some years ago when children were slaughtered by the thousands in Rwanda. I think it's a valid question... are we universal in our indignation, or do we only get upset when our friends are involved?
When the subject of genocide comes up, and we repeat that tired platitude of "never again," are we talking about just Jews, or do we mean ANY ethnic, national or religious group?
