Vassar's at the bottom
"Normally BYOB tells guests to bring their own beer or booze bottle.
At BYU, it means "bring your own beef."
Brigham Young University tops the list of the 10 most/least religious colleges -- as ranked by the 2007 Princeton Review.

Interesting that you would assume that the 10th spot on the "least religious" list would be considered "the bottom." I would have thought that the #1 school on the list would be the place least religious.
Also interesting is that (at least in these lists of 10) the religious schools appear to be scattered all over the place, while the least religious ones are almost all concentrated in the far west and northeast. Good info for future reference.

Wait a second! On the "top" religion schools, what happened to Bob Jones U? Or Oral Roberts? You think maybe the "top" religion end of the specrum is perhaps a might crowded? {;-)

Real important note- Mormons are not Christians or in any way affiliated with Christianity. Most people consider them a cult, Joel Gillespie (check out his blog), says they're beliefs are so wiered they may not be a cult either... take them off the list!
But if Vasser and other schools take more of an anti-religious role, they are presuming that they are right and that every Religion and their believers are part of a colosal(sp?)hoax. On the other hand, "Christian" schools acknowlege some part of truth in all religions.
And here's the real rub... if Vasser is wrong at all about religion, their whole educational effort fails.

How can you exclude Mormons from "Christianity" when they worship Jesus as God?
Oh and don't forget, there are plenty of features of Christianity that are pretty cult-like. Including "weird" beliefs.
So they belong "on the list." It was a list of religious schools, not "Christian" ones, IIRC.

I wonder if any nearby schools ranked anywhere in the top couple 100 or so, on either list?

Eric- Mormons do not believe Jesus is the one true God. And they are considered a cult. To me "religious" infers legitament religions. I do take your meaning- they act religious- but are cult practices held in the same esteem as Christian or Jewish or Hindu practices?

So, Mormons kidnap and brainwash their members? They become anti-social? What signs of "cult" do you infer besides not believing Jesus is the "single" divinity (within/combined with some weird trinity of god and holy spirit, of course)?
Are their bicycling, short-sleeved and tie-sportin, Tabernacle-choirboy missionaries are too weird for you? Would you prefer Hummer-driving, blue-suited and bland country-music-cum-pop-listening corporate zombies?
