"More controversy over the film erupted last week when the Rev. Ted Haggard — whose constituency at the National Assn. of Evangelicals is 30 million strong — took a public stance against it, claiming that the film makes evangelicals look "scary."

i believe it is a good thing to train up our children in the faith. this may be over the line. i recently was sent an email w/attachment of little children being indoctrinated into islam and it was bone chilling to watch and when i watched the video of this boot camp i had flashback to that islam video. if more parents were godly then children would be raised up in the faith at home and have no need of trusting someone else to teach their children spirituality. we will spend untold hours/months/years of book learning to become a professional at whatever field we choose, but we won't pick up our bible and ask God to reveal Himself to us, much to our loss.
what really bugs me is that the atheists that post here in many instances can quote scripture better than those who profess Christianity - this ought not to be so. we (Christians) should be READY to respond to those who would ask us why we believe in God and place our hope in the risen Savior. we can either borrow our faith from others or we can own our faith - it is OUR choice.............
