Who should get the property?

RICHMOND, Virginia, Jan. 31 - Episcopalian leaders are asking courts around the state to evict breakaway conservative congregations from church buildings.
Wednesday's move comes more than a month after the churches began voting to part ways with The Episcopal Church, citing disagreements with the American denomination's liberal views on homosexuality.

Sounds to me like the Episcopal Church should've hired better lawyers to write the bylaws that govern building ownership. Has this never happened before?

Matt. 21:43 - but even though God promises to disinherit the unrighteous and apostate, perhaps they should just shake the heretical dust from their feet and meet in a warehouse. But Episcopalians do love thier lovely historic buildings. On the other hand- go for it!
