Saving Britney's soul
"In the world's eyes, she's young, beautiful, talented, successful, yet her life is in shambles filled with bad relationships and devastating life choices," the pastor told church members. "If she were your next-door neighbor in the same situation without the money and success, wouldn't you care about her problems? Wouldn't you pray for her and offer her support and encouragement?"

For someone who's young, inexperienced at life and facing the consequences of bad judgment, I can give a lot of sympathy. Maybe even some advice, if it's asked for. But generally, people who fit that description are dirt poor, and in real need of help.
I'd worry about that sort of person long before I bothered myself about a woman who could buy everything I have ever owned or am likely to ever own at least a dozen times without even noticing a dip in her bank account. Folks like that live in a different world from me, and they seem to prefer it that way. I sort of doubt she'd be interested in support or encouragement from the likes of me.

good idea - we all should pray for those in need -
until and unless brittany repents from her manner of life - all the prayer is virtually ineffectual. she is as responsible for her actions as is every other human being. i hope she get back on the right track........
