The Chick-fil-A principle

"In the decades since, Truett Cathy decided Chick-fil-A would never go public, would never open for business on Sundays and would operate according to biblical principles. Those principles came to mean so much to Truett that his three children (Dan, Bubba and Trudy Cathy White) volunteered to sign an informal "covenant of agreement" not to reverse them."

While I don't see eye to eye with these people on religion, I have no problem with buying food from them. Their business practices are their business and I respect their dedication to the notion that some things in life are more important that profits.

I wonder if CF-A pays its workers a living wage or just mimimum wage? Do they have a non-discrimination policy when it comes to employment? To me, such things mean " good stewardship" and speak to following " WWJD." Being closed on Sunday or hanging bible verses in a store is little more than paying " lip service" to christian principles.
