Seminaries under distress
Of the 11 Episcopal seminaries in the United States, one recently announced it would end its main residential program, another is shutting down one of its campuses, and a third is selling a good portion of its campus. The changes reflect not only each institution's own financial or enrollment straits but also changes that are coming in Episcopal seminary education, which has historically played a key role in American theological life.

The Episcopal Church was once a pillar of orthodoxy in the US, but in recent decades it has slid increasingly into unbelief and apostasy. I love the old BCP and have used it for years in worship, but I cringe everytime I see the latest news release regarding the ECUSA's departures from the Faith.
Succinctly said, I believe that the numaircal decline of the Episcopal Church and the closure its seminaries, is God's judgment upon this once-great church. It has become the haunt of every false doctrine and radical stance of the age, although there are still faithful priests and parishoners within its walls, many of whom are fighting to restore it to its previous orthodoxy; but they face a very uphill grind. May God bless them in their efforts, and may God have mercy on the Episcopal Church.
