Supporting "reproductive choice" while claiming to be "personally against abortion" is like saying that, while you find murder personally distasteful and would never kill anyone, you have no moral objection to someone else exercising that "choice."
I see no real distinction between "pro-choice" and "pro-abortion," since the only choice there is any contention about is the "pro-abortion" choice. Neither side objects to the choice to give birth. "Pro-choice" is used for public relations purposes, since it sounds tolerant and freedom-loving, though it cancels out any future choices the poor fetus might have made had he or she been given the chance.
